Warranty (RMA) Procedure

STANDARD

RC Nation, on the customer's behalf, using the Manufacturers’ Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedures will apply for the RMA for the failed component. Once approved by the Manufacturer the part will be provided by the Manufacture via RC Nation at no cost to the customer.

Manufacturer’s Warranties do NOT include labour.

RC Nation OPTION 1

The customer has the option to purchase the original manufacturer’s part if the original stock part is available in-store or at the distributor. When the RMA is approved the customer will receive a full amount refund thereby receiving the RMA part at no charge.

RC Nation OPTION 2

The customer has the option to purchase an upgrade part if the upgrade part is available in-store or at the distributor. When the RMA is approved the customer will receive a refund equal to the wholesale value of the original part thereby receiving the value of the RMA part at no charge.
